marmalade and ginger cake

Marius was at crèche this morning. Pierre and I got through some admin crap that we had to deal with and then I made the cake that I’ve been wanting to make for a while now! Thanks, ValC!! It turned out delicious; I’m so pleased!

Annie and Daniel arrived this evening with Miette the dog. Pierre made us fish & chips for dinner. Delicious :)

Marius is still quite sleepy today after his vaccines yesterday. He is in great form in between naps though. He’s now saying ‘chin chin’ (the french for cheers) and clinking his glass when we do it! So cute :)
