Emptied barn

The old barn is just back to its original shell.  We must now check the walls for weaknesses before we seal the floor and then we can use it for farm storage.

Bright sunny frosty morning.  Went into to town this morning to the hairdressers.  My hair had just reached that stage when I couldn't stand it any longer and needed the chop!

Calf born this evening.  All is well which is such a relief as we had stillborn twins a couple of days ago.  The vet was called but he said they were already dead inside the cow, the reason being the first one had a leg back and the second was a breach.
