Good enough to eat!

Popped into the Salt Cafe at Church Hill today. I've passed it often but never actually managed to pop in before. I'm glad I did.
This is a banana pancake.... Two sizeable pancakes in fact with granola, ricotta, blueberries and brambles all drizzled with honey. Delicious and very friendly staff.
"I'll be back" as the man said!
