Mont Blanc Range....

.... from the Jura "Balcony" above the Col du Marchairuz. I walked to a spectacular viewpoint with a friend (see a more wide angled view in extra) whilst our other halves cross country skied to La Givrine. How strange not to be able to ski with them. However we got the better view!

Huge thanks for all your presents for yesterday's moon bubble which has just floated to the no.1 spot on the Popular pages and thanks for all the sympathetic comments for my shoulder. Using my left hand and a bit of cut and paste I can manage some comments.
