TinyTuesday 140: Tiny FrankenDog

Early Sunday afternoon a 'disagreement' between Maica and TARA over a very tiny DogTreat resulted in a 1.5" rip in the top of her head. It wasn't a bite wound, I don't think TARA would ever 'bite' her sister, but probably a tear from a toenail. It didn't bleed, thankfully, but still required a trip to the Pet Emergency Center and ten staples to close it. There were other dogs there in much worse condition so triage put Maica at the very end of the line to be treated. We weren't called to pick her up until around 7PM. She's on antibiotics and pain meds but is doing very well. Thankfully we have 'insurance' on both of the dogs, that'll help with the $400 tab! TARA is so relieved that  Maica is doing well, as she thought that she had 'killed' her sister! So... all's well that ends well! :)
