A Blur of Tortillas

Watching these three people whipping out flour tortillas at breakneck speed was (for me) the highlight of the large indoor market in Guanajuato. 
The man at bottom left placed a ball of dough on the machine, which automatically moved it to the right and pressed it flat. He grabbed the tortilla disc and flung it onto the grill in the center, never missing whatever space was empty.
The man at the grill continuously moved and flipped the tortillas, cooking them briefly, then slid them over to the tray where the girl was packaging and selling them to customers. 
All of this happened in a matter of seconds and was great fun to watch, as their timing had to be perfect! The three people were like a machine in themselves.
