Things I didn't notice when cycling

I'm starting to enjoy the walk to and from work, actually taking notice of lots of little things that I never noticed when cycling as I was too busy concentrating on not being mown down.

Not sure what these little beauties are called, but I noticed them in one of the gardens I passed by.

Choir practice this evening, when we will be having our last rehearsal before we perform at the Hope Not Hate Vigil in Chapelfield Gardens on Saturday evening at 7.30. Vigils are being held throughout the UK and at 8pm there will be a one minute silence. Powerful stuff.
