Wave goodbye

Letting go of the holidays...........there's only so long that I can deny the inevitable.

Another stinky-hot day that made it a challenge to do much that required energy.  It's been an amazing run of weather this summer which is forecast to break to rain before the end of the week.  In the meantime, we all seek shade and stillness.  Animals too.......poor LB has been suffering, though at least he's small enough to get to the relative coolness in the shade under the house.

Did a few pottering-type things during the day then took can for a ride and a cup of tea at the Boulder Bank.  What a stunning, calm and beautiful end to the day.
