For dinner this evening we ate one of our dearly departed Papajoe’s best dishes. To be fair he would have preferred it with some lardons or similar.

Otherwise I learned not much new, except the confirmation that an idea planted in the head of a reluctant boy transforms into the King of Enthusiasm
