Hopeful

I saw this dog waiting hopefully outside the butchers as I left the post office today. I hear it is a very good butcher but as a vegetarian, I can't verify that! The owner came out holding a small package - I'm hoping it was sausages and that the dog got one later! She certainly wasn't carrying a bone for it!
Just in case you are wondering -  this is a Hogs Pudding!
I was at the post office as I had finished, washed, blocked and dried the Familiar Shawl for my French Friend. I do so hope she likes the colour when she sees it - I've been sending her photos of its progress and she did choose the colour so hopefully, she will! She is hardly going to tell me even if she doesn't!
I think all the running around yesterday, and the stress over getting the shawl dried and wrapped to post, caught up with me as anxiety was up today - my body just felt weak and limp and lightheaded. I think maybe it's because I am tensing all my muscles until I become aware of it and do some relaxation exercises physically and mentally. My theory is my muscles are suffering from the tension and are just complaining! That's my latest explanation anyway! So a gentle rest of the day!
