The architect's loft, Copenhagen
We stayed in a light and spacious room in a loft owned by an architect - whether the A of this light stands for architect or her name I don't know! We slept well here after long days walking the city.
We were just a step away from a Meyer's Deli, where we ate a couple of delicious suppers. Claus Meyer is a Danish chef who co-founded Noma, "the best restaurant in the world". You have to book 3 months in advance to eat there, and I expect a meal costs more than our entire trip! The Deli, on the other hand, has similar culinary influences but is affordable (by Danish standards). The brunch on offer at weekends sounds phenomenal!
