Goodbye China

It tells you much about the pace at which this country is developing that it's now ok to sell semi-satirical Chairman Mao themed merchandise. Shanghai has been great fun and has whetted my appetite to explore other parts of China, but I can't say that I've fallen for the city. It's exciting, vast and dynamic but it's not in the class of Tokyo, NYC or other world cities. I have, however, learned lots about China - and it blows my mind......
