Peak to Peak

Today the snow turned to rain and it was not nice - rain in Whistler village, fog and sleet on lower slopes and high winds and horizontal snow on upper slopes!

After a couple of slushy runs I escaped the mountain by taking the Peak to Peak gondola from Blackcomb to Whistler (longest & highest in the world at 2.7 miles - spectacular) then another gondola down to the village. Gary the Fearless continued skiing even though he kept having to wring out excess water from his gloves.
