Growing pains

When we moved offices last month I brought my plant home to look after. I've taken this cutting and will be interested to see if it turns into a huge triffid like the other one! I've no idea what it is, any clues?

I'm signed off work for 4 weeks at the moment, the very lovely EdiSteve came to see me yesterday which really cheered me up. He gave me a stern talking to and told me the only thing that matters is getting as well as I can, so I've promised to be good!
