Maths in action

We had a very noisy, practical maths lesson today. It involved writing on tables, much excitement about the ‘naughtiness’ of that! Lots of ‘light bulb’ moments too.
Ohhhhh, that’s what actually happens when we borrow from the next column....
We were doing vertical subtraction and I think they all ‘got’ it! Little things. :-)
