I had to go to supermarket after work to buy some fish for A to practise his next dish. ( the chicken cordon bleu was delicious last week). He is making sole Veronique , but I could not find any whole fish- or even fillets. I was sent into Old Town to the fishmonger, but it is closed for the next month.

I will need to have a look in Hungerford tomorrow. It seems that there is no market for fish unless it is pre- packaged.
