Mono Monday “ technology”.
Usual busy Monday and so this was a bit of an emergency blip.
An email from Sainsbury’s Energy asking for our meter readings gave me the idea for this photo
I don’t know when electricity came to our old cottage, but I don’t think it has been updated much!
Still in a difficult to get at cupboard, in the downstairs toilet.
I haven’t checked the gas reading yet but I bet we have used a lot more than the same quarter last year.

The weather has been better today.
After a wet start, we had sun this afternoon.

Needles to say not many birds for my Big Garden Bird Watch.
Usual sparrows,dunnocks,magpies,wood pigeons,collard doves, blackbirds and starlings.
10mins. after I finished there were 4 goldfinches, blue tits,coal tits, and robin.
