...and E has spent many an hour sewing the ribbons and elastics precisely  on her new pointe shoes.

Now I know where granddaughter M gets her grace and love of tutus and purple flowered ballet shoes from...no clunky boots and 'Blunnies' for her (though I am thrilled to say she collects rocks and pebbles like a bower bird!)
M's mum E was quite the ballet dancer in her teens and has now returned to class for pleasure fitness and getting back up on her tippy toes.
