Saturday night sleepover

Parkrun for me this morning. I’ve not ran for a fortnight and as a result my time was about a minute slower than my PB. Need to get back under 30 mins again!

We have Eden & Lucas for a sleepover tonight to give Foreveryoung a break. Lucas used to be happy sleeping in the spare room but now wants to sleep in Ethan’s room with the other two. Just as well we moved Ethan to the bigger room a few months ago as we couldn’t have fitted all three of them in his last bedroom.
