Dull and Windy

11.5C wet morning, then a dull dry spell, then showers. Wind WSW/W to 28 mph with gusts to 37 mph.

Grocery shopping.

We thought the wind was rather heavy for a beach walk so we went out to the shipyard before lunch instead. The data above for Campbeltown airport doesn't somehow seem to reflect the strength of the wind we felt out at the shipyard and on the way back. At least we didn't get wet and Fergus had a good walk with plenty of popping up to look over the waist high sea wall on Low Askomill.

Later Apothecary7 was starting a new painting.
