Nick-Nacks

We have this little collection of silver glis-glis and a penguin that stand on a wooden leaf given to us by an old neighbour.

The definition of a nick-nack is "small worthless objects, especially household ornaments".  But I don't see them as worthless - just small little ornaments - each of whom has a story to tell to us.
