Art on the River

This is another Metal sculpture overlooking the river. I think this is a representation of someone exercising, it seems appropriate since it is near miles of city trails.  What do you think about it? I like it, but there is something about it that seems a little out of proportion. It is rainy today; but it is okay, I don't mind a little rain.
