Lamb kofta

Rather a foggy day. After a quick shopping trip, I made muffins, prepared marmalade oranges, and started on the lamb kofta.
Rob went bravely forth to do some felling in the garden, opening things up a bit and firewood for next year.
Then muffins and honey for tea. Well worth the effort.
