The tulips continue to delight

While I was in Myanmar, lots of friends came to visit Mum. Caroline, one of my walking friends, was here a week ago and brought these tulips. Mum kept them in water but with the bunch wrapped for two days to help to keep them straight. We are both delighted that they still look beautiful after a week.

I was awake at 0330 and could not sleep. It was, after all, 1000 according to my body clock!  I have been at home, resting quietly today. The cold seems to be going quite quickly.

I have started to back blip from January 17th and more will follow. It's very hard to know which images to chose.

Off to try to sleep at the correct time tonight!! It's good to be home again.
