Lunchtime light

There's just something about the light in this alleyway - I can't help photographing it each time the sun is out.

Had a good, fairly busy, day at work, then met up with our friends Richard and Cris for dinner at Iskele.  Tim had a doctor's appointment for his foot, so he met us afterwards in the Barbican, where we were going to watch the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain.  Fantastic evening  - lots of fun.  Also rather moving, as the whole thing was a tribute to one of the founder members who had died recently. 

Cris and Richard came back to ours afterwards and we stayed up until almost 2am chatting.  Fun evening :)
