Sunny all day!

According to the mayor of our village, it's now illegal to have bonfires in France!!! However he can give special permission, no more than once every few months to have one. (Is this true, do any other French-dwellers know?)
So Mr F has got special permission for me to have a three-day bonfire, starting today, and wants me to do it this evening while he is watching the rugby at La Rochelle!
No chance! I had my hair cut and highlighted this morning so no way am I getting it all smoky smelling today!
