Lucky enough to take advantage of s seat at a table through work, at the Scottish Sports Futures awards. The irony of me at a sports event was not lost, and it did remind me that a little bit more gentle exercise would be wise. 

Hundreds of (very glamourous) young people were there and some of the stories were very inspirational. Bumped into some old friends and had a great night with some newer ones. I even wore heels. Shocking.

Dipped out a bit early as I was exhausted, but had a fabulous time and I'm sure the disco ramped up later!
