Common Loon

During the winter months we are fortunate to see Common Loons in and around Providence. I’ve seen them before on the Providence River, but they usually seem to stay away from the shore, negating my being able to get a good shot. This one was close enough that an iPhone shot was somewhat decent. I’m going to have to start bringing my real camera with me on my walk into the office. So many beautiful birds I could get a blip of.
