Elvis the lion - SilS69
A wet day again so what else could I do but dip into the Cathedral to find another face. This one I've actually thought for a while I might blip. He lives high up in St Alphage's Chapel and I particularly love him because of his inane grin, his extraordinary 'legs' and the Elvis-style quiff of hair on the top of his head. He is fairly crudely carved, as you can see. In large, the chisel marks (and a few cobwebs) are quite obvious, despite the soft processing.
Elvis is my entry for this week's SilS challenge. Very many thanks to Admirer for hosting ;))
Enjoy the rest of Saturday xx
