Seagulls and Reflections
on a dreich day.
Extra is “Flu Fighter Soup” from the Medicinal Chef, with a few adjustments of my own,
Butternut squash, sweet potato, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, celery, lots of ginger and turmeric, vegetable stock and simmer to your heart’s content. Goji berries are suggested but having none they did not feature.
Very warming and, I hope, will help my cold on its way...
