Leaf peeping

Many people take fall excursions to distant places, just to see the leaves change color. I didn't go nearly that far today to capture some "leaf-peeping" blips...only as far as the Holden Arboretum, about 20 minutes from home. As lovely as the colors are, they aren't nearly as vibrant as these that I blipped last year at the Arboretum. I wonder what effect our very hot, dry summer had on the colors?
