I think not!

This is Saxonvale, the derelict industrial estate in Frome that’s notorious for vandalism, fly-tipping, asbestos, drugs, arson etc.
I was told that it was perfectly acceptable for me to do lone evening work in a building that backs onto this site. I think not!

It’s been announced that the site owners (plural, which complicates matters) have been persuaded to clean the site up, starting on Monday, so I asked my good friend Amanda to come with me as I visited the site to do some photography. I wouldn’t go down there alone, and nearly didn’t go at all as I started getting breathless just beforehand.

Out tonight, as Manfred Mann’s Earth Band (not a tribute act, the real thing) are playing in Frome. I do like a bit of Prog Rock!
