The Stylistics. .....and cake

What a lovely evening last night... a sold out Corn Exchange...a dubious warm up comedian...and then the Main Act...The Stylistics. On my poster the two guys on the outside left and right are original members from 1968....50 years. The other two have been around between 18 to 20 years.

There was dancing in the aisles and audience voices louder than the guys...knowing every word of the songs that brought back memories of the 70s.

Jack enjoyed it, liking the group's precision and harmonies...a good backing group too.

Today while out for a catch up with my friend Clare I had Earl Grey Tea cake with blackcurrants. It was delicious. I have already downloaded 2 recipes!
