Work in the morning, which sped by, home for cheese on toast, and a load of washing done, then to get the train to visit Jeanie. As it was for once dry I took her out for a push in her wheelchair. We went to Sainsbury for a look around, which she enjoyed, I bought her a top in their sale. We went into their cafe for tea and a shared slice of cake, (she enjoyed it but only ever eats a small amount, so I did very well). Then back to the care home where we did some colouring. I came away when it was supper time. she was getting tired and started asking for her Dad, I went along with her and said she could have her supper first. I had to run for the train I was planning to catch home, and thankfully made it, I was the only hot one on the platform.
Harry and Selena are out in Reading this evening for dinner so I have the house to myself, maybe a bath and my latest book, a Dawn French one for me.
