Part of my History!

This lovely old carpet sweeper actually belonged to my paternal grandmother, NannyH, and I’m sure she’d be chuffed to know that I still use it! The carpet it’s sitting on got a good sweep today. And the sweeper got a dose of olive oil.

I found this quote - it had me chuckling .....

My maid never sweeps under the bed
so I asked her to do so today.
Found a pen, three pairs of shoes and the man I had lost two years ago.
