Pizza

I have had a productive few days of cooking. Thursday was Chicken Stir Fry. Friday was Pot Roast. Tonight I made a couple of Pizzas (from scratch). This was the first - cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was a bit of a consolation dinner for my oldest who played her last varsity volleyball game this morning. The team made the playoffs and this morning they won their first match but fell short in the second. It was fun, exciting, and sad all in the course of a few hours. Good experience all the way around but at the end of the day, it still sucks to lose. Pizza makes it a little bit better. :)
