EP 11 Minimalist :Killing Time

Joe and i went down town to give blood and stopped by the County Court House for a few pictures.    I took this one just as i was leaving and really liked it.    
        OK,    So is this still minimalist or is there too much going on?   I will put one in the extras that i really liked.     I guess i am not clear on when there is too much going on in a picture to qualify as Minimalist !
