The first time I saw them. A forward thinking youth worker set up a New Wave / punk night at the youth club attached to my school. I was 14.

Although I was never a fan he was innovative, clever and witty and I know plenty of people who travelled the length and breadth of the country to see The Fall. A huge loss to music.

I had one of these posters on my bedroom wall for a couple of years back then. Next to Debbie Harry and Buzzcocks. (I admit to finding this pic on the web somewhere).
