5 MINUTE WALK
This is about as far as I can get from the house on my allowed 5 minute daily walk. This is part of my recovery exercise programme. The first week it was 3 minutes and I thought it was hardly worth putting my shoes on for. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The 3 minutes took its toll, and I had to lie down when I got home. So, I’m making slow progress and it gets me out to get a blip. 7 minutes next week!
