Sunshine and showers

More gym, more running, more meetings and more feeling very lucky that I get to do it all with this view.

I also have bitten the bullet and have a new time trial bike on order as I’m venturing into the world of triathlon this year - it’s utterly terrifying but equally exciting as I have no idea what to expect from the cycling aspect.
