Vital Spark in the rain
It's six o'clock and time for this evening's news on WhysMan, with Matthew Sweeney...
"I am outside the Kelvingrove art galleries. I am here to see 'The Puffer'. The Puffer is a metal steamboat that was built in 2006. I think the boat suits being outside because it is out in the fresh air and I can imagine it sailing down the Clyde. Matthew Sweeney, P4 St Fillan's, reporting in the rain again."
As mentioned yesterday, Matthew and his family are sending in his reports this week while they're out and about finding George Wyllie sculptures during the school holidays.
It's quite an adventure he's on, and there will be more tomorrow, when he visits the Scottish Parliament to see what works of George Wyllie he can find there.
Interestingly, a terracotta puffer made by George was also featured on Blipfoto last year, the day before his 90th birthday.
And earlier in the month, we had a photo of Seven Vital Sparks, a schools' puffers project which George did in Argyll.
Well done, Matthew. Good choice.
