It could be a bit of a stretch but I think this shot could fit into two of the current challenges.

Abstract Thursday/Twirl - those flags were definitely twirling in the wind! And EP11 Minimalism/Civilisation because it's a minimal look at civilisation. Anyway it's definitely a happy little image :o)

We have a holiday tomorrow for Australia Day but I'm going into work for a few hours to catch up on some things. It will be peaceful and quiet with no phones and no people... ah such luxury ;o)
