2018 Monday — Produce

The community of Baywood Park, which is a sub-community inside the city of Los Osos, is where the Monday Farmers Market is located. Our main purchase is always soup. Stephanie is the soup chef.

The mushroom barley soup was delicious. Besides those two ingredients, Mr. Fun & I found carrots, broccoli, kale, celery, and acorn squash just to name the obvious parts. We’re betting there were other ingredients too. It just took the “work” out of preparing our evening meal; we had the enjoyment of sipping and savoring on this cold January night.
