Blue Skies Over North Road

Woke up to a depressing day!  Dark and overcast all morning, breezy and heavy rain.  There was a sunny spell at lunchtime, odd showers too and a few showers tonight. 

Another day on the museum desk.  We've had a busy day, starting off with a nursery school visit, but unfortunately our school visits cancelled due to the rain.  Met up with mam at lunchtime, soup and a chat.  A quiet evening at home, before heading off to work in the pub later. 

After lunch with mam, I walked back to work.  To my surprise, the rain had stopped, with blue skies appearing and some sunshine.  Even though it was still cold, it cheered me up.  Not the most exciting of views, but taken at North Road, Lerwick.
