The next project

I built the 'T' shaped pier that I use for my Port Appin dioramas in 2013 so  I guess it's about time I built a crane for it.  My model is based on the type of construction that you can still see at Ellenabeich, albeit in a decrepit state.  The crane in this Blip pic is of the actual crane that worked that same pier. 

To get some gears I've dismantled an old travel clock and whilst not strictly accurate they'll be a reasonable representation.  And before anyone asks; no it won't be a working model.  Well probably not but...
