Quiet Moment

Sunday, we got up early and head North.  If you think wayyyyy back a few months, Sugar's hamster, Kiwi, died.  I promised her a new one sometime, and this was the time.  The Hubby and us girls traveled to a nearby town to find a new little hamster.  Sugar was quite pleased.  We got a sweet little Winter White Dwarf hamster, and I didn't get a photo, as we are giving her some space to de-stress from the experience.  

We did some other shopping, but it was way too crowded in this bigger city for us, and we grew tired of it quite quickly.  We stopped a few places on the way home so that I could work on a possible shot for my week 4 challenge.  I found some peaceful scenes...and enjoyed photographing them.  Love this calm and quiet lake.  

We got home with some time to enjoy quiet time at home.  Sad to see the weekend over, but it was lovely.
