What a day. BBC studios in Salford at 5.40am, in makeup at 6.10amand then in the studio of Breakfast for 6.20am to talk to Dan and Louise. It went past in a blur, then back to the hotel for 6.50am for a proper breakfast. Back at the studios for 7.45am and then between 8.15am and 9am I sat in a little black box with a microphone and headphones and waited for various BBC regional radio shows to call me....

A little bit scary but a great experience
