Chasing Rainbows

As we pulled into the drive-thru lane of our favourite local coffee shop there were squeals of excitement from the back seat. Not just that, after bribing them that if they would get ready on time for once I'd take them for hot chocolate and they'd finally managed to collect. It was rainbow! R was first to spot it. At first it was just a faint glow, but it formed into a full parabola of fleeting beauty.
