Continuous improvement

I desperately want to change meetings. They can be such drab affairs. My team presented today, they always do a great job and know their stuff, but meetings in general seem so old hat now. They sounded so interesting when I started out but now they are just full stops in the day, a prolonged coffee break where the mighty few ruffle some feathers under the guise of collaboration. It takes someone special to chair a good meeting. These people walk among us but they are few and far between.
