The Annual David Breakey Birthday celebration

It started two weeks before our world turned upside down - we took David out for a fancy slap up brunch on Philip Island for his birthday. It was delicious!
He got the surprising and disappointing results of his 6 month follow up check from radiation treatment very shortly after.
Last year, in his memory, we returned to the same restaurant and toasted him over a great lunch.
So now, we have agreed to particularly celebrate a good dad and husband on his birthday. This year, we had top end Swedish food in a town called Växjö and there wasn't a meat ball in sight!

The pronunciations of the town name are amusingly varied - each person seems to say it in a slightly different way. From Vaarsho to Veckqua to Vekyo. You choose!
The town itself, even in Winter, was a pleasant and friendly place to visit.
